ORDERING INFORMATION
- All orders must be confirmed in writing
with buyer's signature. Purchase orders may be mailed

NEW ACCOUNTS
- Minimum order $150; Reorders $75
- New or inactive accounts must provide
resale number, authorized buyer, credit and payment information,
bill and ship to addresses, and contact information including
phone and fax.
TERMS
- First orders are prepaid. To acquire
Net30 terms, customer must provide company information
including: contact names for purchasing, owner/principal
, and accounts payable; three trade and one bank reference
with contact names, phone numbers and account numbers;
and credit card authorization. Allow 6 weeks for processing.
Upon approval, applicant will be notified of terms and
credit limit.
- Credit card holder authorizes billing
of credit card should balance exceed 10 days past Net30
status. Minimum Net30 order is $300.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American
Express and prepaid check. COD's only on specaial approval.
COD fee is $15.
- Order total, plus shipping and handling,
is billed when items are ready to ship. Depending on the
volume of orders (time of year), there may be a lag of
up to 5 business days between shipment preparation and
actual shipment pickup by the preferred carrier. Returned
Checks incur a $45 fee.Established accounts with approved
credit receive Net30/ 1% Net 10 terms with a $300 minimum
order.
- Credit card holder authorizes billing
of credit card if unpaid balance remains 10 days past
Net30. All sales are final and no refunds are given. Returned
shipments will be issued company credit towards the next
purchase less applicable restocking fees. If return was
due to damage during shipment, no restocking fees apply.
SHIPPING
- All items are shipped AirborneGround.
Orders are charged shipping and handling according to
destination. Unless otherwise stated, allow 1-2 weeks
from date of order for shipment. During Shows, Allow 3-4
weeks for shipment.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Customer service is important to us,
and our staff works diligently to provide top quality
products. Should an item need to be replaced due to damage,
claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt, at which
time a return authorization number will be provided. If
items are refused or returned for any reason other than
damage due to mishandling in shippment or packing error,
customer is responsible for original shipping charges,
return shipping charges and a $15 or 10% restocking fee,
whichever is greater. Please make your selections carefully
as all sales are final. If an item is returned, company
credit will be provided to the customer. Should an item
become damaged during shipment, claims must be made within
48 hours of receipt of goods, at which time a return authorization
number will be provided. Replacement items will be shipped
promptly.
- Shipments are sent a tracking number upon shipment of
item via email (unless the customer does not provide an
email address, or the address is incorrect or defunct.).
Please refer to this tracking number for all inquiries
about your shipment. Should there be a problem with the
shipment while in transit, or you have a question about

- We do our best to expedite all
orders as they are received. Once an order is received,
it will be placed into production within 48 hours. Once
in production, it cannot be cancelled.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Please note that all products are handmade,
therefore slight variations may occur. These are not flaws,
but rather traits unique to each item, making it special
to its individual recipient. By signing this order, the
customer acknowledges that he or she has read and agrees
to all terms and conditions of sale as stated.
