For delivery within the U.S., Divine
Basics offers ground and air express shipments with Federal
Express, UPS or Airborne Express at our discretion. International
shipments are made via the United States Post office. Orders
greater than $75 U.S. receive free ground shipping. Minimum
shipping charge is $6.50.

**Customers are notified immediately if items are out of stock,
or if shipping will be delayed. ***Customization of items
depend on many factors, for custom items, we will provide
a shipping timeline with your quote.
***Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS
First Class delivery.
****Alaska and Hawaii items ship priority service and may
require an additional day for delivery.
FRESH FLOWERS:
All Grower Direct flower selections are shipped direct from
our greenhouses via overnight delivery service. Each order
is securely packaged in an attractive, insulated gift box
to ensure that only the freshest possible product arrives
at its destination.
*Review the delivery address and delivery date before submitting
your order.
*Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change
any orders once they are submitted to the supplier.

Important Delivery Information
a.. Since our flowers are cut fresh and sent from the grower,
there are no Sunday or Monday deliveries. Orders are only
delivered Tuesday through Saturday.
b.. Since orders are delivered via overnight courier service,
please be advised that any orders being sent to a corporate
institution (office building, hospital etc.) may be delivered
to the Shipping and Receiving Department. This is usually
mandatory due to security reasons. We recommend contacting
the facility prior to ordering to find out their policy on
receiving orders via courier.
c.. The recipient's physical street address is required. Delivery
is not available to Post Offices Boxes or Rural Routes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Divine Basics, we are proud of our unique and distinctive gift
selection. If you find it necessary to return an item, we
are happy to replace it with another selection or provide
a credit for the original purchase. Non-defective items may
be returned at the purchasers expense plus a 20% restocking
fee. Items must be returned in original non-damaged condition.
If an item has a manufacturing defect, or damaged in shipment,
we will happily replace the item, and provide a postal service
return shipment label. Should you choose to mail a defective
item on your own, unfortunately we will not be able to refund
shipping costs.
To return an item, call our toll free number 1.866.736.3538,
to obtain a return authorization number, carefully repack
the item in its original packaging and return to the address
from which your item was shipped (see the original shipping
label). Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept items
without a return authorization number. Please keep a receipt
and tracking information for your return package. Divine Basics
is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

CHECKING OUT: FRESH FLOWERS,
GIFT BASKETS, AND FLORIST ARRANGED BOUQETS
Our fresh flowers, gift baskets and florist arranged bouquets
have a separate shopping cart than our other products. This
allows for the special shipping times and rates we have reserved
for our customers.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates will be immediately emailed to your gift
receipient. If you wish, we also can mail a hard copy certificate,
gift packaged, at no extra charge. Simply state your wishes
in the "notes" field during checkout.
