Colorful Greetings each Day

Sue Enochian is the author of "Whispers of Color," two books with descriptions of 52 unique colors--one was designed for adults and the other for children. The books help promote the personal growth and awareness of the reader. Each color has a special name such as: "Pumpkin," "Pure White,"Plaid," and "Brick Red."

"There is a different feeling about pure white versus plain white. It is somehow more calm and peaceful,' Enochian said. Desk calendars are more practical than wall calendars because they are easier to read and conserve space. Each month is a different color based on the feelings generated from that month.

"There are colors that remind what it feels like to experience the hot sun and picnics of June, and the snow white cold of December," Enochian noted. "September is 'Brick Red' because children are returning to brick school buildings in Fall, and October is the Pumpkin-colored month because of Halloween," she added.
